Kent has extensive, hands-on experience dealing with construction, real estate and business related matters such as Stop Notice claims, Mechanics Lien claims, Bond claims, Breach of Contract claims, etc., given his exposure actually working in the construction industry as a carpenter, contractor and field engineer. He has litigated complex construction cases and has recently won a judgment for a client against another contractor on the Los Angeles Metro Rail Projects. This Judgment has recently been upheld on appeal.
